Hey fishes

How's the demand for Microsoft SSIS? I've been working as DE on AWS and planning to switch the company.
The company I am looking for is working on SSIS and not on cloud yet (maybe in future they'll migrate). Also, there are opportunities to learn GenAI and analytics there.

Is it a good option to work on to learn SSIS and is it still relavent in job market?

Thoughts on CAIA? Difficulty, hours studied, study tips, overall experiences, etc.? I’ll be sitting for Level 1 in September. Currently work in the fund of funds space - moving over to my firm’s hedge fund research team soon so CAIA seemed like a perfect way to get knowledge in the area beforehand. I’m almost one year out of undergrad (econ background) so a lot of the CAIA content is new to me

I'm looking for a new job and not sure what type of title/role to look for...

Hello! I have 3 yrs work experience at a top strategy boutique in Europe. I have now offers to join EYP at Senior Level in Western Europe (leading tier 2 in the market), Kearney in Dubai at Senior level too and a “head of strategy” position for a SME company (700 FTE) in Western Europe. I’m leaning towards the head of strategy as it’s rare those positions are open after only 3 years and CEO is giving me loads of freedom. Which one would you choose ? I would have preferred a smaller, younger company, but this is a bad climate for startups. Any advice?
