I would think about the designation and take home. If it's for same location choose for the one with highest package and one providing stock options too. Hope this helps you. Good luck

I agree with this, it's the most sensible approach I think

I personally hate when people do not share their offer CTC and ask for advise, this is a platform to understand what is going on in market anonymously. The answer is, if you want to work a lot and have a great company on your resume then go for MC, if you want to switch soon go for hp

Are you including bonus also in X?

It all depends on your team and project. I joined HP 3 years back and was thinking for short term stay at that point of time. But today there is no reason to look outside. Try to know more about your team and work before taking any decision.
