Hey fishes! Is it okay to switch from KPMG to GT for the same position if the pay is 30% higher. I'm seeing KPMG is lame on matching industry standard for CTC ranges for various positions! Currently at ACon2 and will get Con1 if I switch! Please guide.

You will get con1 in KPMG too and a considerable hike. No point in switching during the promotion year. Switch after getting the promotion or switch atleast if you get 60% hike

I’m in second trimester. I just came from my grandfather’s funeral, outside. My aunt was around her 2 siblings last week that had Covid and she hasn’t been vaxed. She hugged me and mom (4 weeks from her last chemo session) and only told us about her siblings after. I’m so mad.
