What can be considered a good salary in Bangalore specially in the current market with so much inflation?

Can anyone share the salary structure who works remotely for the US, UK or any other foreign company?

First year analyst in corporate banking. Does anyone have any tips/resources about the process to find another job in the same division but with better pay? I’m not too familiar with the “unspoken norms” of finance, but interviewing and networking with other firms (quite literally the people I’m competing against everyday) seems difficult to wrap my head around.

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

I am participating in a leadership development series through my employer. As part of this I was randomly paired with a mentor. I am non-clinical and my mentor is clinical.

Any advice on how to approach this so we both get the most out of our experience. What questions would you ask a mentor in a very different career path from your own?

I gave a salary range to a couple recruiters for digital consulting positions and am not sure if it was relatively close to market value or not. Would you think this (admittedly wide) range is high, low, or reasonable? Any advice is appreciated!
