Can anyone tell how is deal strategy team in terms of quality of project and working hours?

I want to quit but I'm not sure what kind of role I want to look into. Would appreciate any advice! The only thing I know is that I don't want to work overtime anymore. I'm a new senior and my main client gave me some good hedge fund auditing experience. I don't like controls or reading into guidances. I'm also not very good with dealing with politics in the office or too much socializing. I liked hedge funds but afraid it'll be very busy as well and lots of politics. Thx in advance for replies!

So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. I am getting an industry offer for 34 LPA which I feel is huge considering my experience and role also seems good. My only confusion is that I feel if I stay in Deloitte for 1-2 more years, I might be able to switch to MBB or Kearney. Got laid off due to COVID and have been struggling to find a job. I wasn’t happy and my mgmt sucked so this is a good thing. Now I really hate the idea of working for a company. I know everyone works and I’m not a genius who can just start a scalable biz. But I just can’t get my head around the idea of doing something I hate for a paycheck. All these years of busy seasons burnt me out. Struggling in between doing something I enjoy for less pay and taxes for more pay.

Since i was divided into 2 projects another colleague who was also in the project was made the TEST lead
We were both doing equal but obviously a lead gets more limelight due to that my manager has awarded her with 25k as a reward
While i got only verbal recognition Now i am quite mad not sure what to do
