Each one of them is sharing their perception and the impact that is having and from your statement, I don't understand if its conflicting on the same area or they are both pointing out something that are closely aligned. During feedback session, I like to get concrete examples and opportunities on how those situations could have been handled to have a better understanding of what was expected of me. You still have an opportunity to gather, just say you want to follow up, you had an opportunity to reflect and would like to reconnect if feasible. If after reconnecting and getting more details and expectations and there is still a conflict do bring it up with your boss. At this point, it could be the team are not aligned and they need to realign before they can set an expectation of you. Plus your boss needs to be aware if you are given different information.
