Hey folks! After a long-winded rollercoaster ride of a process, my H1B petition was finally approved today (we submitted the application back in Sept 2020). Info in the USCIS portal says ‘My Case was Approved’. My questions are: What happens next? When can I start working? To provide some context: this is my first H1B, it is for work at a cap exempt research institute, and it is also a change of status. I was previously on a G visa, so I am in the US.

Worked for 10.5yrs in Infy (Presently Team Lead)and now I have an offer from Enquero(Genpact) for 20L and as a counteroffer from Infy:- 40% hike + Canada visa or 70% hike

Bug Bounty on H1B - I have heard mixed answers on whether H1B holders can participate in bug bounties and there is no formal company policy on the same (apart from being unable to participate in your employer's BB program).

Does anyone know whether H1B holders are allowed to legally participate in such programs on the side? The main income will be from employment. There are no clear answers online and even from lawyers (they say avoid such grey areas).
