Figure out what is triggering it.

For me, reduce calcium and increase water intake. Might be a bit bloated before my body regulates. Also, spread your water out throughout the day and only greatly increase intake of you're thirty or replenishing.

Hydrating like crazy and starting a daily probiotic made a MASSIVE difference for me. Food sensitivity testing is next

Are you constipated?

No constipation. My water intake is spaced out too. I feel bloated after even eating small portions of food. Doesn’t happen with smoothies and juices. Just with solid food.

Maybe look into low fodmap diet

I was offered a position through a recruiter and the company is now doing a background check. I haven’t received a written offer letter or started any paperwork.

After receiving the offer I turned down a final interview with another company. I’ve also been invited to another interview with someone else.

Do you prefer HIIT workouts or weight lifting? I was lifting weights regularly before quarantine but now have been focused on 45min non stop HIIT workouts using body weight and kettlebells. I’m just not seeing the progress/body transformation that I would get when lifting weights but at least my cardio is better.


Started meditating a few days ago, and amazed that I hadn’t discovered it before. 10 min each day can make a huge huge difference. The Waking Up app from Sam Harris is a good one
