Contentious case. Parents each have the same amount of parenting time / visitation. Question is when the schedule changes and decreases frequency of exchanges. I send opposing counsel my client’s proposal and the response is “I won’t budge.” Thinking that’s odd (“I” instead of “my client” or the like), I respond that opposing counsel has an obligation to take it to the client, and immediately get “this isn’t productive. Next communication better be a signed agreement by your client.”

I’m 17 but I’ll be a junior in college this year, will my age effect my chances of landing an internship in quant finance for next summer? Hearing about the difficulties involving successful attempts at landing an internship at target companies has made me weary, as I don’t have any related work experience. Into the last round of TikTok for non-tech ops role in EU. Yes I know the general narrative of warning of working for TikTok!

The recruiter told me that if successful, the offer may or may not include equity depending on what level of role they offer me. think 2-1 does not include equity, but 2-2 does. Any advice to prepare for this conversation? Especially if I am offered a 2-1 role with no equity as part of the initial offer.

Do you think I’ll be dinged by the partners because I am not elite enough? Should I ask the recruiter to down level to BA position to increase my chances?

Bombed the first McKinsey interview of super day 😥 so sad

Failed McKinsey final round last month - structure was good, Personal Experience was strong but I failed a quant portion of the case.

I have a BCG final round this Friday. Can MBB fishes point out any differences between the two and what to expect. The structure is two cases with some behavioral stuff before/after.

For BCG, if you make it to the final round, but didn’t get an offer are you guaranteed a first round if you reapply after the time period they gave you?
