SocGen offered: Fixed 20 LPA, Variable 5 LPA (Is it common for SocGen to have this high variable pay?) Should I take the offer?

I got verbal offer from oracle and bgv also initiated on Feb 23rd. On March 9th hr says position is waiting for approval at VP and BU level due to budget constraints. My notice period with current company ends on 31st March. What are the chances of getting offer letter? If so, what time frame can I expect?

Recently I had interview with oracle oci and it went well but haven't heard back from HR , how long does it take to update the interview status. My interview completed last week Tuesday.

I am an IT manager at a small manufacturing company that is in the commercial aerospace and DOD manufacturing space. I manage everything IT and have one other person and an intern currently for around 250 employees. I have been there for just 15 years and it’s stressful. I don’t feel like I am paid enough as now I have NIST 800-171 and CMMC to deal with as well. I am paid with bonus at $120k a year. I have started looking elsewhere because I am just not happy anymore and underpaid for what I do.

Hi Sharks, I am in a dillema. Recruiter from a company called me that I am selected for the role. After 1 hour another recruiter called me to schedule first round, from a different posting. Immediately I didn't told her that I am selected as the first recruiter didn't completely closed and mentioned that she is awaiting written form.
