Personally the question is - do you want the big name on your CV, or are you happy where you are? To me, having the Amazon name would be important as I know it can open doors for me down the line. And I think there's a lot of learning and growing you can do in a role like that. With Swiggy, my guess is you'll be comfortable (which is good!) but maybe not challenged. Some prefer that, others don't so it's also about what you are prioritising

I don't know much about Swiggy, but I do know Amazon isn't known for its WLB. So, I guess it depends on what matters most to you. If Swiggy offers a better culture and that's important to you, then you'll have your answer.

all who are saying Amazon is not known for WLB, not sure how they got this notion. Amazon employes 13 lakhs people right and of course many of them are in warehouse. warehouse WLB can rarely be good in any company. But office roles are giving you so much of freedom on projects. I am working here from 4 years before I have worked in 4 other companies. Amazon is best, those 4 were not even close. Decision of choosing swiggy vs Amazon depends on a lot more factors. What is base package in Amazon and what is base package in Swiggy? If they are comparable then you will get a lot more in Amazon. Because here you will get relocation bonus, joining bonus, RSUs. There are freedom to choose tools , you own the projects usually. The benefits given to employees are a lot more. for example 6 weeks paternity leaves. WLB also depends on your immediate manager and your role type. Usually on calls are challenging and they can make your life miserable sometimes. But still Amazon >>> Swiggy. You will have job security.
Go for Amazon. Because, WLB is messed up in both the organisations anyway. Why not go for FAANG then?
Are you considering the profile downgrade if I choose amazon - Sr SDET and QAE1 ? Still your answer will be same ?
I'd have to vote Amazon this one. I think it will be better experience and open up more doors later in life.
If possible get in touch with the Managers of the team that you are selected to from both companies. Ask them what exactly they are expecting from you and what are the things that you'll be working on. This might help you to choose the company.
