I am currently in a toxic work environment so I want to know if or not i am jumping into the same boat or otherwise

Working as a Sr product analyst and project manager (functionally, not a PMP) for a digital health platform for two years. Also have experience as a BA for the same agency and a short stint with a blockchain healthcare start-up.

I seem to be having trouble even getting interviews for tech product roles. Are companies looking for people with more years experience? I also don't have hard CS skills other than SQL/R; is this an area should be focusing on?
