Hey folks, I am new here. Need some advice. The situation is, I just have 6 months of work ex. A week before, I was retained by my company against an offer with almost 80% hike. Though there are no legal implications, the management has warned me against moving out for at least 6 more months. And yesterday I received a c2h offer from Deloitte. In a dilemma because obviously Deloitte is something I can't say no to. Any advices?

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I have three years of experience in agency recruiting and HR. I’m currently making 47k as an HR Coordinator. I am a Web Developer based in Grand Rapids, MI. My primary focus is Magento development and managing / building the 7 sites my company owns. I do front and back-end development. I got a raise from $12.50 an hour as an intern to $22 an hour 6 months before I got my degree. I was happy with this raise initially. A year later, I am 6 months out of my degree and have 3 years of experience at this company. They gave me a 5% raise which puts me a $24 an hour. Is this fair considering I got my degree.

Even if you deliver exceptionally, that is just 1 of the 4 quadrants in which you'll be judged - and it may not be enough to get a good bonus/hike
You need to prove in the other 3 quadrants as well - like generating revenue, certifications,what you are offering to EY in terms of knowledge sharing or training, etc.
