And I accepted offer letter from TCS. But now having different offer as well.

So can you please suggest me what will happen if I accepted offer letter and doesn't join TCS.
Does they block for future?

I need your advice. I have 1 years gap after graduation. I prepare for govt job . In between i worked on one company for 20 days, i left due to i was hired for different location and they don't provide me any exp/reliving letter but UAN was created.
Do TCS do bgv for that company. I didn't mention them on resume. Do I need to tell the HR same? Or shall i keep the 1 year gap as govt job preparation.
