I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(

How is Larsen & Toubro Infotech work culture ,. Work Pressure , Job Security ? As they are doing mass hiring .

Do they follow proper Agile methodology in projects ?? Is it free culture there like flexibility in work timings ? Or we need to stay in late nights ?

Is PF and Gratuity mandatory even for contract employee .
The employee have provided a letter of intent with PF and gratuity component included in the CTC .

Well I had to agree for a salary less that my mentioned expected salary as i was laid off 7 months back .

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

I am having 3.8 YOE in banking mostly in are area of lending. My current CTC is 10.30 LPA +Annual Bonus 1.2-1.5 Lakhs (performance based).

I have interviewed by CapG for BA consulting role in CapG FS domain. (practice role and not project role) Since this is very new for me, I need a guidance on CTC and grade/designation I should demand/expect while HR negotiation.

My expected CTC is 15 fixed + Variable+ 1.5L Signing Bonus.
