I have worked for 3 companies and currently working for LTI
Vodafone idea(2YEAR 9 months)
Hcl(1 YEAR 3 months )
LTI(11 months)

As i didnt complete even 1 year so i only get 1.5% hike.

Should i switch now, or should i stay with LTI for more 6 months.
