You will have fewer options in New York compared to Boston, especially in biotech. Pfizer, Regeneron and smaller biotechs are probably a large portion of your option space. If interested in pharma and ok with NJ you could extend to JnJ, BMS, Merck.
Overall I think it’s still doable. I’m at Pfizer, happy to chat more.

Definitely Pfizer in NY but also a good deal of small biotech (nowhere near Boston numbers but they exist for sure); I think for those kind of roles remote flexible is here to stay though.
Roivant is also in NYC but not sure about CGT
