You will have fewer options in New York compared to Boston, especially in biotech. Pfizer, Regeneron and smaller biotechs are probably a large portion of your option space. If interested in pharma and ok with NJ you could extend to JnJ, BMS, Merck. Overall I think it’s still doable. I’m at Pfizer, happy to chat more.

BMS especially after their acquisition of Celgene in NJ!

I work at Pfizer and there are openings at the NY location. Would be more than happy to refer as well.

I'll message you!!

Definitely Pfizer in NY but also a good deal of small biotech (nowhere near Boston numbers but they exist for sure); I think for those kind of roles remote flexible is here to stay though.

Roivant is also in NYC but not sure about CGT

Have an identical background (PhD + 2 years consulting) with an interest in cell/gene Tx corporate strategy exits. Any insights into what position I should be applying to, WLB and salary at smaller biotechs vs big pharma?

Hi AD1, just wondering if you are still open to a DM? Had a similar question as BCG1
