I got a job offer with higher pay but the brand isn't as good as my current employer. Can I use this offer to renegotiate my salary with my current employer? Has anyone here done something similar before? How did it work out?

Hi Folks, got offer from tw. Can TW revise offer without counter offer in hand, if I tell HR I am not happy with the offered salary. I accepted the offer as I was desperate and got very less hike. It bothers me a lot. As TW has employee centric policy will HR consider my request.
