Hi all , need a suggestion. I am currently getting an offer of 40 lpa in India with one of the FAANG companies . The role is not in a fancy team and is okayish. My company has promised me a transfer to KL Malaysia with a salary of 2,40,000 MYR (~43 lpa) but since I am in consulting , my options would remain open in terms of exit and this can open up South East Asia market for me. I am confused as to which direction to take. Please let me know your pov in terms of opportunities in SEA, salary

I started a new job in January and have performed well. The person who is a step above me in organizational hierarchy is leaving and my director has recommended me to take the vacant position. This of course comes with more administrative responsibilities along with the work I am currently doing.
