Need urgent help:
CIBER(Banking client) : 14 LPA ( Asking me to confirm EOD then only they will release offer letter, team will be there in project)
UST global (Hybrid Cloud Services client, 11.7 LPA , 50K JB ,Individual Contributor Role Open for negotiations they will also release offer letter on Saturday)
Both companies have not given offer letter yet and are saying will release offer letter only when I confirm them that I am joining in their firm.

Been a project manager for 4 years. Been at my current role for almost 2 years at an e-commerce company. Asked for a raise after absorbing my manager’s role and 2 more teams when she left a year ago. With this I also got left with a major project for the company and launched it successfully just recently. They want me to continue doing both jobs. I was making $73k and asked for $105k. I am trying to find a work from home position. I have had 2 interviews and have applied multiple places. Is it really that hard to try and better myself? I have a masters in Healthcare Informatics Administration and have my CPhT. I just want to know that I am not the only one with this issue.

They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place

While filling the onboarding forms in tcs ibegin portal I found that under UAN section bank account details has been asked. I have my UAN linked with HDFC bank which has 14 digit account number but when I was filling that 14 digit account no, it was asking to fill valid 15 digit account number. I mean how could I do that if I have only 14 digit account no?
