I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

Interviewing with a big tech company for the first to me and question about compensation has come up. They want to know what my base, bonus and equity requirements are. It’s for a Sr. account Manager job in sales. Never had to negotiate all these levers; recruiter said package could be up to $140k across all levers, but not sure what percentage to ask for which. My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?
