I have an interview with HR but it states that if it goes to the hiring manager, it will notified my manager.
Should I tell my manager now or just until it notified my manager? I would feel stupid if the hiring manager didn't pick me

I have an interview tomorrow for a job that is technically internal but in another area of the University. It’s a step up but essentially the same tasks. Anyway, the boss of the position I’m interviewing for emailed me saying she won’t be there because she’s sick but to still interview with the other five members of the hiring committee. I had talked to her this summer about the position so she got to know me a little then. Thoughts?

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!

How long does it take to get over ptsd from being in a toxic micromanaging environment?

I was a top biller and top manager at a large staffing company for five years and was treated like a child. The place was crazy. Six months into my new role I’m still scared to request PTO or afraid that my boss would be mad if she found that I took an afternoon break to walk my dog.

Have 2 outstanding offers, same rate and benefits. One for senior consultant from Big 4, another for manager from a private luxury brand.

Private sounds like there will be more WLB but I currently have no Big 4 experience. One of my motivations to leave my otherwise comfortable role is for career growth. I'm in my mid 30s, no major family responsibility, just me and my husband so long hours shouldn't really be an issue

Would appreciate any thoughts since I'm still flip flopping between the two
