when do salesforce start hiring for associate technical consultant role or technical support engineer roles?

when kind of questions are asked for these roles and minimum experience required as they say 2+ for both but do they considered hiring 1-1.5 years also?



Hi all, I'm going to be transparent about my ENTIRE situation. I was released from FLDOC in 2016. I was offered a position at a local non profit. I've been there almost 6 years and am now a board member and an Executive Director. I'm being paid an hourly based salary.. Less than 40k per year. I run the entire organization alone which consists of 6 properties with over 25 tenants at capacity I also, find the houses to purchase, hire contractors, clean, collect rent, find and interview tenants!

I’m curious, do you think teaching is family friendly? Does your school support you in your role as a parent? If not, what could they do better?

Has anyone in here ever successfully pivoted from a media relations/external comms role to something more internal or integrated comms focused? Or even content marketing?

I’m expecting a baby in several months. I found it extremely hard to balance life and work right now. How do you gals hack it in public accounting once you have a baby? I want to be able to to make SM next year. I also want to stay a few years in public accounting as a SM before I make my exit (don’t think I can make partner). But that seems extremely hard right now with the arrival of the baby. Any success stories?

After 2 phone case interviews with Google S&O, recruiter said they are to schedule my on site. 1 week passed by and no news. The position is not available online anymore. Am I screwed?

I finished the recruiter, and hiring manager interviews, both went very well. The hiring manager wants to fly me to their location to “show me the site” but I haven’t heard back for almost a week.
When I let the recruiter know I had other opportunities and needed an update, they said they were finalizing getting the panel together, so it sounds like a group interview.
This is for a senior role at a rapidly growing startup, do I just need to chill?

1) Had a really bad experience working at this company, not because of the company but because of the senior engineer and their behavior. It was a good position, although it wasnt exactly what the JD entailed. A lot was gatekept by the senior as leverage forabuse of power. We wouldn’t be a part of projects and participate unless we participated in the horrible remarks about other coworker made by the senior. I was also harassed and extremely discriminated against, HR was not able to do anything-

Best way to negotiate? Was offered 110 when initial call the range provided was 105-125. No bonus or equity at this role. Don’t have another offer but do know that industry range is between 110-140ish. Number I want is 120k
