People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on
Either take the offer and look out for another company or accept the offer if you need TCS somehow. Thiis my personal experience and also from this forum discussions.

Received an offer to join a consulting firm as a Consultant specializing in Data Analytics and Visualization. TC is $180K. I would work with the big tech clients. My current base barely breaks $160K but the equity brings TC to about $185K however we are still private so not really $185K. I’m not enjoying the current role and am beginning to look for other opportunities internally. I do like the company culture and people.
