Hey friends, I’m entertaining a new job offer moving from a mid size agency to a super small agency for a position that is half traffic half account services director (it’s that small) but with the knowledge the role will morph into full time account services director in a years time.

Lady says $80k is her max but that was for when it full time traffic. Since I can bring client services, scoping, organic growth, new biz, strategy and copywriting to the table, what’s an appropriate compensation

However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Does anyone think it’s weird that my firm is bending over backwards to try to keep a first year staff from leaving the firm after she was rated a 2 this year. But now she’s trying to leave and they keep trying to push her to stay saying she can be a partner in 8-9 years and laying it all out in detail.
