Verizon. This company only cares about numbers and does not promote based on how good you are. Office politics plays a bigger role. Verizon schedules your schedule based on their needs and not on yours. You are just a number at this company. I was told to sell a credit card to a poor man who couldn't afford to pay his next rent payment so that he can buy accessories. Verizon talks about "integrity" But that's just BS. I have never worked for a company it morally so corrupt.

Why not Go back to India? Seriously asking.
I would love to go to India but feel Indian cities have reached a phase that is unlivable anymore. Too much pollution and traffic.
UAE, Canada and Auz are options we are considering. Any thoughts on Germany in particular? Heard any good or bad things about , life, immigration, opportunities in consulting etc.?
India 😉
Canada has salaries approx 10-20% less but life will settle down quickly due to GC
From a long term/naturalization perspective or a short term one that yields best returns on jobs/Americanized resumes?
Dubai, tax free
@seniorconsultant1 - are the answers to those two options very different? I’d potentially like both - get most of my Americanized resume and long term settle there with benefits.
I mean you don’t pay income tax to UAE government.
Also OP What problem are you facing ??
@OP : Then you will have to rule out Dubai and look into Canada (if you’re in Tech) or Australia. Canada is a ripe opportunity right now and once you get your PR/Citizenship, you can always move to places like Dubai/Doha/Singapore and make some big bucks. Bear in mind though, the ME scene, especially for expatriates, has been pretty shaky lately so I wouldn’t put all my eggs in that basket.
Canada is pretty challenging in getting IT jobs, laborious & clerical jobs abundant, Australia has bright options for IT & cost of living & life is better. I also read Denmark is best country should xplore there as well
^Urban India cost of living is not the same anymore, inflation has changed lot of stuff..
^Not suitable for expats, xplore Denmark instead
Germany is good for SAP
Try Japan, lot of opportunities and easy immigration
Well, salaries in Canada are 40-50% lower than US
EY2, you’re right & cost of living is high with housing rates equal to Bay area.
KPMG1, not much IT jobs, more of clerical & minimum wage jobs.
Rackspace 1 are you the same rackspace on every thread? You have a lot of pointless opinions backed by no data.
