I have applied to various positions in amazon and i nevwr got an interview call. I have tried referral also but still i never got single interview call. The jd is suitable for my profile. Why I am unable to get a single interview call. Where i am going wrong. i am trying since march and its already been more than 5 months. Sometime it shows my profile is under consideration then it gets rejected. How can i make it to amazon ?

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Having major imposter syndrome still. I feel like the minute I finally have a grasp, something changes. The law and nuances just seem overwhelming.
