I get so annoyed when partners keep assigning me non-billable work to do and then I get scolded because of my billable hours… I’m still doing my job when I’m doing “non-billable” work I shouldn’t be penalized at the end of the year for being a junior associate who can’t say no to people.

I orked in one company as part timer and they mentioned date of exit as 01/02/2017 and in meanwhile I joined in another company on 30/01/2017 here my second company date overalp with first company.

Does it create problem during bgv.

I am a student interested in fields like PE, IB and VC, but my school is a huge non-target. Current offers include a PE internship in a medium sized firm, vs a commercial banking role in a household name bank. Essentially, is it better to have a great position at a lesser name firm, or an okay position at one of the largest banks? Keep in mind the eventual wish to pivot into the previously mentioned fields. Any advice appreciated!

B.T systems (wfo- 26 LPA)
C.Barclays (wfo -27 includes 5lpa variable)
D.JPMorgan (Banglore location, may get an offer)


B and C for Pune location

I think Sapient has budget limitations that won't go beyond avg package.
Others may increase their offer till 30lpa

Delloitte India offer:
23 as fixed ctc is 27. Designation manager

Fractal :
26 as fixed and 2.5 as yearly committed pay (fixed?) so total 28.5 is fixed.
