I recently asked my boss for a raise after discussing a yearly review with them. I was told because there was a company wide raise back in December, that would technically be my raise, which was $0.45/hr. Dear Mass recruiting companies, Now onwards please don't lecture only the employees in terms of ethics, moon lighting. Please look inwards and introspect yourself too.

Just few months back you hired freshers and now offer letter is revoked. This is a cycle, When there is excess demand, candidate do the same and when the demand subsides employers does it to candidate. So there is no point in crying when employees give it back to you!
