Agile project delivery - Fact or Fiction?
The places I’ve worked at, as much as they say they delivery projects via agile, rarely achieve this (mostly waterfall with a small sprinkling of agile words thrown in for good measure).
Google / Facebook (Meta) / Amazon / Tesla / Apple / anyone else - please tell me that agile project delivery exists (and how have you made this possible in your company?)
Thank you.

Where do you live? People at my local McDonald’s makes more than you…
It really depends on what you’re interested in … you want to be compensated now - ask for a raise or re-structure your bonus structure based on metrics for these implementations - you want to get lucky and hit it big - ask for equity - but you won’t see that $ for quite some time though …
I would go with a raise, bonus/higher hourly. It sounds like they have a lot to figure out and a long way to go. Equity only if it’s a sizable amount to where you’d have a seat at a table. Wouldn’t go with a one time payment because it doesn’t help showcase the value you’re delivering.
I’d size the project in time to establish a floor at a $/hour. Hard to value this because my $/hr. would be outrageous for this kind of work. The. I’d estimate the impact on their business over 12 mos, and ask for 10% of that value. Then negotiate from the 10% #, and stay away from the floor which is based on $/hr.
Are you currently employed? If you are first thing to do is ensure you do not violate any policy at your current employer as I know most do not allow a sale professional to perform any work for another company.
If your clear, then I’d ask for $ for my time and equity. Remember equity at a start up is diluted every time the company raises money. I have enough worthless start up stock to wallpaper numerous houses! Why I’d ask for cash.
Equity could be huge is you believe in the product
