Hey guys I got an offer for the CDP program back in august. Since then I haven’t heard anything. My recruiter told me that they would send out something in November do you guys think I should wait till the end of November or reach out to her tomorrow? Maybe I’m over reacting haha but I would also hope I’m not the only one on the same boat.

What do they typically ask in exit interviews? I have mine today and am curious what I’m going to be expected to talk about.

How often do you get ghosted by recruiters? Seems to happen a lot for me these days - even when they’re the ones who reach out!

Should I follow up with a recruiter who I talked to about a month ago? They said they will be scheduling virtual coffee with some individuals but haven’t heard back. Not necessarily interviews.

Just found out I didn’t make to the next round of interview with Google. The recruiter was nice to keep me updated. Any of you experienced rejections before ? Any tips ?

Its been more then 15 days ..is it like i have failed the interview or can hope that will get an update

I realized post-interview the recruiter might have me in the interviewer loop for the level below what I was targeting. I know I should’ve asked or they should’ve shared, but that didn’t happen. I wouldn’t accept an offer at the lower level. What should I do? Wait and see if I get an offer and negotiate, or alert them now?

I am onstantly getting through the Hiring Manager rounds for the companies I am interviewing for but after the peer rounds with PM/Senior PMs I am getting rejected. Ine of the companies was Walmart which had 2 back to back interviews with a Group and Senior PM and I got a reject. Can the fellow PMs give me some guidance as to what I maybe missing.

What are my odds of having to pay back the sign-on bonus if I leave Accenture prior to my 1 year? My sign on was >25k.
Looking through my offer letter there is mention of an “addendum” that “outlines any applicable repayment terms” for the sign-on. This addendum is not in my offer letter, was not included as an attachment to my offer letter, and HR did not respond when I asked them if they can provide the addendum.
