I have been in the company for 4yrs as associate technical support with the package of 8l pa. Which checking i understood i am not getting as per in the market right now. All my peers have more than me.

My performance was low compared to the team in year 2021 -2022 because of lot of leaves taken due to personal emergency .
Need guidance on best way to approach my manager for to correct my salry as per the market.
Although manager mentioned of promoting in the upcoming appraisal.

Has someone tried to re-negotiate the TCS offer (by showing the counter offer), after accepting the offer letter once?
