Hey Guys, I have got an offer from Axtria Inc. as a senior manager with 27 fix + 2 bonus in CE Team. I have around 13+ yoe. The current CTC is 25 lac (22 fix + 3 var) . Do you think it's a good offer? I negotiated a lot with HR and she is not ready to increase the offer. She is offering 2lac joining bonus with 2 yrs of bond. What you guys suggest? Axtria Inc. I wanted to ask if you get an email confirming that you have been selected to interview or the recruiters directly reach out.
