Got the confirmation from lti saying that i have cleared all the rounds as senior BA. Since i received confirmation from them i have opted out of all the other offers. But now the recruitment team is saying that the requirement is on hold, we can't release an offer letter. This is very bad as i am not struck with out any offer and my LWD in my organization is 11 dec

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Is there any way to protect yourself during the home buying process and validate what realtors are saying when it comes to their “negotiations”? I have been working with Cognizant for over 2 years now. The client that I’ve been working with recently asked me to apply for an internal position with them. I did so, however, now the client is saying that they are not planning to disclose this information to Cognizant and that I shouldn’t too.
I am sceptical about this situation. Can I be in trouble for joining the client’s company?

Am new to CTS..Though appraisal cycle is from Jan to Dec why CTS is releasing Hike letter only on Oct .it's like after 9 months we are getting hike letter..why can't employees escalate this??
