I switched from Production Support L2 to development after working for 1.5 yrs in tcs after a switch I find work difficult bitbucket,JIRA these all are new it has been a month know though I had technical knowledge but working in project is totally different thing my TL think I have 1.5 exp in dev though during interview it was 0-2exp I clearly mentioned abt my role but later on after I joined had to lie little bit stating I work as L3 as there were again putting me to supp role.

How to break in Insitiutional Sales?

Currently a sales associate on the retail investment sales side. From what I hear, the institutional space has more salary potential and room for growth.

What firms offer entry level positions? Are there experience requirements before getting my foot in the door? Will certifications or an MBA help? Should I look outside of Canada?

I have been interviewed by 'FEI System', USA. But the offer letter which I have received is from a different company, 'Husys Consulting' Hyderabad.
When I asked them the reason behind this, they told me that FEI System has no physical presence in India, so 'Husys Consulting' hire on behalf of FEI System to meet legal compliance.
From the offer letter, it looks like it is third-party hiring. Should I accept this offer?
Any help would be appreciated.
