The thing is I don't have last semester marksheet so I don't upload it. Is that any chances to reject my application?

Or do we call them direct and acknowledge them about all the things?

It’s discouraging seeing your peers and people you graduated with move up to the next level while the feedback you keep getting in rejections is “we need someone more senior.” I really do doubt sometimes that I have any talent at all. Maybe I’ve just faked this whole thing.

It’s especially discouraging when you thought the interviews were really good and you were feeling great about the team and the people.

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Need advice: currently unemployed. got laid off last week. still applying and interviewing daily but can’t get over this one opportunity. the process has dragged on for a really long time. had a convo with the COO 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back sense. Applied for a B4 senior forensic role, but was not even granted an interview after my initial phone screen with HR; I’m confused why because i thought they needed bodies. My background includes 4 years of forensic experience on multiple investigations and program oversights, 5 years in other professional, non-forensic roles, and i have both a CFE and a CPA under my belt. I was offered $42k plus bonuses at the interview, but when called back I was offered $44.5k plus bonuses. I already accepted. Did I leave money on the table here?
