Ok I can’t be the only one who doesn’t have time to made organic baby food everyday 😅 So far Cerebelly is the best option I’ve come across, any other recommendations? I shared my referral code below if you want to try it, it’s $20off your first order. http://rwrd.io/fttm4lq?c

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to prep for a human capital case study? I’m interviewing for SC role and have deep knowledge in the areas of Org Design, Change Management and Culture Transformation. I worry more about structuring the conversation and my answers in the most effective way
What’s a good answer to the question “Why are you leaving so soon?” For context I have made 2 exit since last year. I was below average at the start of the pandemic and now quite a bit on the upper range. In each instance I was either approached by the recruiter or the hiring manager. Even now the most recent interview was when the company approached me through LinkedIn but still they asked me this question which is quite confusing. I mean you approached me and I like the work you do.
Anyone receive an offer for Senior Manager, Strat and Ops role at DoorDash recently? Do you mind sharing what was your total comp? Have an exploding offer and might not be able to finish the DD process. Did a search but couldn’t find the range.
Anybody work at Amazon? Are their offers negotiable? My husband got an offer for a senior position in the VA office paying $120k plus $20k bonus plus 13 shares of stock that vest over 4 years. My husband has ~6 years of experience (2 yrs midsize PA plus various industry roles) so the senior title is low but have heard you have to take a step down in title to work at Fortune 25 companies. He likes the offer but not sure if he should negotiate for more because it’s expected?
Can someone explain why I have to do a 4th round interview with the same person that I did the 2nd round with (hiring manager)? We already spent an hour in the first interview I don’t get what else they are trying to accomplish by doing this.
Anyone able to refer for entry level strategy/analytics consulting positions? Family member is a recent grad who took a gap and missed recruiting season. Has high GPA, non target NYC school, arts and entertainment mgmt major/law minor. Would refer myself but uncle D doesn’t offer entry level referrals, I know someone’s gotta want that referral bonus.
Recruiter from Amazon reached out for a phone screen for a L7 role st Amazon - Principal Product Manager, Technical. I'm a first year M and have been in consulting mostly. I do have the technical expertise the role requires but no product management experience per se. Think L7 at Amazon for me is a reach. My concern is if I interview and fail, I will be barred from interviewing from another role for 6 to 12 months. Should I give it a shot or save my chance for something more realistic (e.g. L6)?
Accepted a Senior Accounting role on the client side recently. Wanted to see if that’s a good filler role for a year or so to eventually transition into an FP&A role. Anyone out here been in a similar situation? Are you happy with the switch? The industry doesn’t really hire audit seniors into an FP&A role (Based on my experience). let me know your thoughts.
For those that live in NYC, do you really feel that it has accelerated your career? What is it about the city that makes people claim that it is that much better for networking and exit opportunities?
Currently working as a due diligence analyst at a well known bank but looking to move to a front-facing role. I have almost 2 years of experience so fairly early in my career. I got an offer for a Transfer Pricing role at a big 4, not sure if I should take it or try getting a corporate banking/IM role at another Bank. Any advice? Is the transition from big 4 back to banking going to be harder?
Anyone know compensation for an alt track employment counsel position at Seyfarth? This position would be remote and flexible re:hours. Sounds really nice to bill less but also would love to know what kind of pay cut this would entail.
Switching from T2 Consulting to T3 investment banking (RBC / Jeffries / Guggenheim etc.). Is it worth it to restart as IB analyst for future exit opps?
How much is position scrutinized when you have a brand name on your resume? Really would like to leave for a boutique for the WLB and a pay bump, but am worried that since I am not part of Deloitte Consulting (currently in advisory) that having Deloitte on my resume won’t mean much when eventually looking for exit opps
Current non-technical BA, entering a scrum master role. Have < a month to get PSM certified & will take tech courses to go above and beyond. Can anyone recommend tech topics to learn, & to what depth?
Anyone know of any companies hiring or can please provide a referral? Open to pretty much anything, although hoping to transition out of consulting. Have applied to 850+ positions.
BCG 🐠 or anyone else who recently interviewed with BCG - is there a new interview format? If so, can someone please share this format. I saw someone mentioned online test, and math test etc. instead of case studies.
I’m considering applying for remote legal admin positions in addition to my current role (also remote, with flexible schedule). Do we foresee any issues with working two remote jobs, assuming no conflicts? How could I go about talking about my current role, if asked? It would be nice to have an extra income source, and since I work from home, I don’t see the time being an issue.
How much is your tax refund in terms of % of annual salary? I heard someone got as much as 10% back
What do you look for when interviewing a junior associate (2-3 year) for an in-house associate counsel position? What are your expectations with respect to substantive knowledge? I have some interviews for associate counsel positions at some later-stage startup tech firms and would love some advice on how to stand out from all the other biglaw junior associates.

Not pregnant yet but curious how pregnancy impacts performance, if at all. If all goes to plan I’ll have my first trimester over busy season. Curious how that goes and if any slack is given if pregnancy symptoms are bad
All the Delta purple outfits look like they ran a size smaller than the old ones - attendants don’t look too comfy.
Confused between Deloitte USI and Accenture CN, similar roles and levels offered at the same location in India. Accenture paying 20% higher. Anyone worked in both to provide insight? Visa with Dlepitt
