Hi all, I'm going to be transparent about my ENTIRE situation. I was released from FLDOC in 2016. I was offered a position at a local non profit. I've been there almost 6 years and am now a board member and an Executive Director. I'm being paid an hourly based salary.. Less than 40k per year. I'm currently a recruiter, with an HR background looking to make a slight career pivot. As an introvert, the recruitment aspect has been draining however, I do enjoy the non-phone screen aspects of it.
