Who said it’s too much responsibility for first years?
You have incompetent managers. If staff 1s can’t be trusted, how will they ever learn? To address your concerns, I would write down all your tasks and the dates that you can realistically complete them and send them to your seniors and managers. Also notify your counselor (or equivalent). If they don’t respond, escalate to partners and SMs.
Send your tests of details to RADC; then you don’t have to deal with the data entry for tests with no variances
I never heard that. Thanks. I will look that up on the website tomorrow and suggest to my seniors. I’m so fed up with this millions of testings

That makes no sense. As a manager at a midsize firm , if I have free time and my seniors and staff are working hard, I will take the time to either help send work to our overseas team or step in and do some work myself. Another option is training up the new staff to help out as well. And they're going with the option of throwing all the work on you?

OP- dm me for a referral if you want out before busy season. Happy to train you up and support you.
You may need to oversee/review everything the first years do, but you should still be leveraging them to help. For example, you mentioned you have to do all confirms above: provide the detail and explain how to do them, have the first year do them, and you review everything before it’s sent out. Repeat for every other task.
