Associate on one of my projects swore by orange theory. He went every day after we left the client site last year, caught a class, and then would work late at the hotel just to make sure he fit the workout in. I went to the hotel, finished work and watched movies every night. Not sure if he was just a psycho about fitness or truly enjoyed/valued OT that much. Either way, it was impressive and gave me a good impression of OT without having ever stepped foot in one

Wow every…day 😦
Never done it but my friends love orange theory
I second orange theory! It’s the only thing that keeps me accountable and consistent with my workouts.
I have the unlimited monthly membership which I think is around $160. I go 5 days a week, so the unlimited made the most sense for me.
Solidcore
Solidcore is a totally different kind of workout. I credit it with more muscle definition than I’ve had in years, especially in my glutes.
It’s basically very similar to lagree Pilates which is done on a megaformer machine. Very slow movements that are incredibly effective. I had to change my diet and up my protein when I started working out here.
I haven’t been working out consistently the past few months as I’ve been busy, but my typical routine is solidcore a few days a week + HIIT a few days a week.

I liked Switch Playground. You pair up with a partner through a series of workout stations (about 18 of them). Definitely say keeps you accountable as you’re working out with someone else. Check it out
Sorry I realized this is only in NY. Disregard if not from Ny
