Hey guys. Is it possible to negotiate with the company to pay higher on grounds of upcoming appraisal and bonus? Currently, the offer which they are making is on my current compensation.
But the issue is I have to wait too long for the official appraisal/bonus and the other company can't wait that long.

BDO folks - how much do you work on average during busy season? I had a recruiter from BDO call me and say it’s 55 on average this time of year. Then went into how they know well in advance before someone’s going to burn out and make sure they take time off so they don’t burn out. Sounds like a sales pitch to me, but overall super curious.
