Hey guys is it wrong if I apply to my clients’ job openings? Can my current employer take any action against it for me? My client has literally posted a job opening of my remote role.

A lot of changes in past couple months, and I’m feeling suffocated. Im a very organized , happy, positive person usually , I have a great happy 6.5 month baby - , started a new role , supporting husband but I just feel constantly anxious, like I’ll run out of stuff. For ex: I make too much food and then having to throw it away, always obsessed with not having enough milk for baby, food, etc I’m always trying to multitask, always getting distracted. Just can’t figure out what is wrong ?

If you have 2-3 years of externship experience while at MBB in an industry (e.g. CPG, etc.), does it play any impact on your exit opps? The partner is a micromanager plus he keeps asking us to redo the work a thousand times cause of stupid details - most of times he doesn't even read. I thought I was the only one that was burning out to work with him, today I heard two others managers also are getting fed up with this. I think things won't change. He fired some very good people out of the blue due his big ego. I don't know if I'll take another 10 years of this. The whole work relationships is poisened from top to bottom.
