I work as a salaried employee for a large holding company under a team dedicated to one client. I have been here just under two years. I never work. Like NEVER to the point that it’s become a bit of a joke. If I do, it is maybe 5 min a day. When I do actually work, it is very, very busy and it feels like 3 weeks of work stuffed into two days. However, the rest of the time I am free as can be. Does anyone else’s agency work like this? I really love it to be honest.

I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer? I have been working hard for a project since 8-9 months really hard giving KT to team preparing docs for documentation debugging testing things out did automation being a manual tester
Since i was divided into 2 projects another colleague who was also in the project was made the TEST lead
We were both doing equal but obviously a lead gets more limelight due to that my manager has awarded her with 25k as a reward

Verbally the HR has confirmed that it will be year 2 SM role but it is not mentioned in the mail neither they are confirming this on mail.

Want to know from current employees if there is any sub level mentioned in internal systems for the same role, something like SM1, SM2 etc?
