Will it create any problem

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

During filling employement details of Cognizant ( Current company ) I have mentioned Post/Designation as "Senior Associate - Projects" as the same has been mentioned in my Last promotion letter. However as per my BU role has been mentioned as "Sr. Product Specialist -Tech".

In Cognizant both are same ( SA candidate gets Sr.Product specialist role name as per Business unit ).

Not sure if this will create any issue of TCS Onboarding/BGC.
