I am having an offer from Infy and BORN Group - Tech Mahindra Cmp. BORN Group is providing higher package than Infy.

I am in dilemma, where should I go?

I have heard about Infy but not aware about BORN Group.😑

I’m 35 years old and I want to go into law, outside of the, it’s never too late bs, how possible is it for me to still have a successful career financially? What about if I wanted a family? Would the student loans be worth it?

One of our tech clients has an in house opening for exact same role as mine. Should i apply for it? Will they inform my management and get me fired? I like the client but scared of agency finding out

Since starting at this company in January 2022, they’ve increased my base pay from 75k to 85k. Moved me in a desirable territory to maximize sales. allowed me to speak and train reps for what has been working. Given me the freedom to work strategies that work for me.

I absolutely love this company so far. I know my worth is higher than 85k base but sheesh. The way they value me and treat their employees right. Maybe it’s worth the lesser pay?

My colleague, who was associated with Willis Towers Watson as a Insurance Process Executive (Non IT), recently gave interview for Accenture as a BA and cleared the interview.
She has no prior experience in IT but has strong process knowledge regarding UK and Australia General Insurance and excellent communication skills.

Would she be able to handle the role of a BA is her Q.
I have been training her on what BA does and how documents are created and she is a quick learner.

As we are in the end of 2022 What about the opportunities in IT for 2023?
