First thing you need to decide is what you want your big picture FIRE plan to be. Do you want to minimize expenses and RE on 40k per year? Or FatFIRE by working a bit longer but having some luxuries post RE? Or CoastFIRE and find some kind of part time job to help pay bills (and health insurance) but give you a lot of flexibility?

You need to have the goal in mind so you can start more of a plan on target timelines and account balances.

Hello! Need some feedback on true wireless earbuds please. Which ones are you using for work or for leisure?

More than 50% of my work involves calls, and I need to commute once a week during which I take calls as well.
Have an option of getting Sennheiser cx plus for $25 but I am ready to spend up to $100 USD for a good pair of earbuds.

Recommendations? Should I go ahead with Sennheiser or get something else?

My company’s SOP template has a table of contents and a section at the top where the SOP owner is supposed to add a short statement containing the “Why” of the SOP, meaning a statement about what the SOP is supposed to solve for/ accomplish. A co-worker recently told me that it should also contain a checklist of the 4-5 main points of what the team member should know how to do after reading the SOP…. This seems really redundant to me. Thoughts?
