Current CTC: 5.75 fixed + 10% Variable
Offer: 7.5 fixed + 21% Variable.
Is it a wise decision to switch from Deloitte to Accenture at this level.
Education: BCA Please advise!

I got offer from PWC for 14LPA. My CCTC is 9.6LPA. I am expecting more they said max we can give 14LPA. And I asked for JB HR said if I join soon then they can give JB. In my organization NP is 90 days.
My question is should i push for more salary? I am expecting alteast 16-18 LPA
