How gender diverse is your recruitment pipeline? Have been observing a year-on-year decline in female candidates as a % of total candidates. Recent few years have been in the low to mid 30s. Interested to see how other firms are going.

Pay parity - ensuring that employees in the same job, team, BU and location are paid fairly relative to one another, regardless of their gender or ethnicity.

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.

Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.

What are the diversity numbers of lgbtqai+ representation in agency top roles? Is it as horrid as the racial diversity mix numbers recently released?

My marriage is struggling and we have to pack up the kids and fake it till we make it with my in laws for most of their Christmas break.
