Anybody have insight into ballpark salary range for Director level pay at Microsoft in a non-engineering role? I understand there’s probably varying degrees based upon org/function, as well as location. Just assuming Remote work, what would salary/bonus/stocks look like? Or just TC in general?
Robert Half is so persistent in contacting me. It’s disappointing to know that they pay their recruiters so badly. I think you should move to a better pay situation ASAP. Try to focus on the positives and by the time you hit year 2 you'll be in a new role or making more in your current job. For your 1st job you're making a typical salary, but the other things -- training, wlb, boundaries, etc. These are all lessons and habits that if you learn them early can change your career and more importantly your life. It's not easy for recruiters at this moment, you're not doing bad.
