The small firm I work for has a terrible turn over rate and I think it is in part due to the firm owner/managing attorney. He seems oblivious to this and always finds fault with the people who leave. Is there any good way to approach this with him or am I better off keeping my mouth shut? I have a NRI home loan through ICICI bank and I realized today (mar 6th) that my emi money was in a different account and the auto pay account didn’t have sufficed balance(auto pay is for mar 5) I immediately transferred money to the emi auto pay account and haven’t heard from the bank about any late payment etc but was wondering if there is usually a grace period or something before it’s considered a ‘missed EMI’? Any advice would be appreciated, a little nervous about this :/
